Tinuke brings 18+ years of experience in human capital, organizational strategy, and management consulting to Boctrust.
She spent 9+ years at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, rising to Assistant Manager, Human Resources. She then served as Manager, People and Organisation at PwC Nigeria.
In 2022 she founded PeoplePlus Consulting Limited. She has led workforce transformation projects including Project TALENT-A with Lagos State Government and the EdoSTEP program with Edo State Civil Service Commission. She has also consulted at IHS Towers and FIRST Exploration & Petroleum.
At Boctrust, she leads Advisory & Consulting to align client investment goals with our solutions and build frameworks that drive performance.
