Folarin is a seasoned real estate investment professional with 19+ years of experience in valuation, syndication, and project management.
He spent 10 years at Rogba Orimalade and Co. as Estate Surveyor, handling property and asset valuation, site acquisition, and management of multi-tenanted properties.
In 2017 he founded Fola Sanni and Associates, Estate Surveyors and Valuers. As Principal Partner, he leads investment structuring, property syndication, land assembly, and corporate real estate advisory for institutional and HNW clients.
At Boctrust, he leads Investment & Syndication. He sources and structures real estate deals, manages investor syndicates, and ensures all fund assets are underpinned by credible valuation, due diligence, and market advisory.
