Babajide ‘Bosun’ Okusaga is a Chartered Surveyor, Stockbroker, and Investment Adviser with over 20 years of experience in real estate, investment, and financial services.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Boctrust Capital Limited, and Managing Partner at Babajide Okusaga & Company, Chartered Surveyors & Real Estate Consultants.
He previously served as Founder & Pioneer CEO of Boctrust Microfinance Bank and Group Head, Business Development at Beachway Homes Limited. He has held senior roles at Livingstone Insurance Brokers, Livbros Investment, FBN Mortgages, and BOT Capital Leasing.
Bosun holds a Master’s in Property Development from Lead City University and is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan and Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.
He is a Member of RICS, Institute of Directors Nigeria, NIESV, CIS, CIBN, and Fellow of the Institute of Auctioneers Nigeria.
At Boctrust, he leads investment strategy, asset sourcing, and execution across SM REIT, Private Fund, Principal Investment, and Boctrust Ventures.
